INTERESTED IN LEARNING ABOUT METHODS I USE IN MY PRACTICE?

Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a system of natural healthcare that has been in worldwide use for over 200 years.

Homeopathy treats each person as a unique individual with the aim of stimulating their own healing ability.

A homeopath selects the most appropriate medicine based on the individual's specific symptoms and personal level of health.

The remedies are made from natural substances, but are prepared in a very specific way: highly diluting substances that can cause symptoms if taken too much or too frequently to bring about cure of those same symptoms. This is known as “like cures like” or, the Law of Similars, a principle first discovered by Hippocrates much earlier than homeopathy was developed.

Modern research confirms the efficacy of homeopathy beyond the placebo effect. Homeopathy is the second largest system of medicine in the world, according the WHO.

Orthomolecular Medicine

"You can trace every sickness, every disease and every ailment to a mineral deficiency."  Dr. Linus Pauling

Orthomolecular medicine is the practice of preventing and treating disease by providing the body with optimal amounts of substances which are natural to the body, in this case plant derived trace minerals and their co-factors.

Herbals

Herbal medicine, also known as herbalism or botanical medicine, uses plants or plant extracts that may be eaten or applied to the skin. Since ancient times, herbal medicine has been used by many different cultures worldwide to treat illness and assist bodily functions.

Gemmotherapy

Gemmotherapy, sometimes called Phytoembryotherapy, is a branch of Botanical medicine that is the traditional medicinal use of plant buds and young shoots.

On the surface, Gemmotherapy extracts look very similar to the liquid herbal tinctures. The difference lies in the meristem cells of the buds and shoots used to make gemmos.
These cells contain all the growth material of the plant, similar to stem cells in humans. These embryonic cells engage organs and organ systems on a cellular level to improve their function and simultaneously clean, feed, and restore organ tissue.

Bach Flowers

Bach Flower remedies are completely safe for anyone to use, including children. They are natural, non-toxic, and non-habit-forming. Moreover, treatment with Bach Flowers can be combined with other homeopathic or conventional treatments.
